Armpit to armpit, flat, doubled.

Waist

Narrowest point of the waistband, flat, doubled. Unstretched unless noted.

Length

Shoulder to hem on tops. Waistband to hem on skirts and trousers.

Condition

Excellent, very good, or good with notes. Anything I can see is listed.
