Sessions are paid when you book, which is what holds your slot. You can reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours beforehand for a full refund. Inside 48 hours the fee is kept, since that time was set aside for you. If something unavoidable comes up, write to us and we'll do our best to find you another time.
Pieces from the archive and the current rail are available to borrow for film, television, editorial and commercial sets. Tell me the period, the character and the dates, and I'll pull a considered selection for your wardrobe team.

A lot of women tell me they hate being photographed, and almost every time it turns out nobody ever took the time to style them or show them how to stand.
I've spent my whole career behind the camera, and the women who relax in front of it are usually the ones who came prepared, with the right clothes on and someone in the room who already knows which side of their face they like.
The plan is a small group in a house with beautiful light. I'll have a rack of pieces pulled for you, someone doing hair and makeup, and two days to shoot photos and video and record your voice, so you leave with what you need to show up online looking and sounding like you.
Coffee first, then we sit down and talk about what you want people to understand about you and your work.
After hair and makeup we start shooting stills and video, styled from a rack I've pulled for you.
We record an interview that you can use for voice-overs, reels and your about page.
We go through the edit together, so you leave knowing what to post and in what order.

We're looking for a small group of lead stylists with a real eye, a love for pre-loved pieces and the warmth to make a woman fall for her own closet again.
Women find you through Amorette and book a closet edit, a trip session or a sourcing call. The calendar, payments and reminders are handled.
You choose the times you're free and we agree your session rate together. You keep 80% of every session booked through Amorette. Work from anywhere, all on video.
Lead stylists see new pieces before they go up and can hold them for their clients.
A profile on the site with your story, your work and your links, so clients choose you as much as the session.
Tell us how you work and show us a little of it. We read every application and reply to each one. If it feels right, we'll set up a short video call, then a trial session with a real client.
There are a few ways to work with me. You can send me something of yours to sell, put a rail of Amorette in your shop for a weekend, or book me for a shoot.
I can shoot, style or source for a campaign, or put together a curated edit for your audience, and since I do all of it myself it can be one piece of work.
Send me your piece and I'll style and photograph it properly, give it its own page here, and feature it in the newsletter and on Instagram. I only take a few pieces at a time so each one gets that attention.
I'm looking for good fabric and pieces with a point of view, and if something isn't right for Amorette I'll tell you so kindly. The split and terms depend on the piece, so ask me.
If you run a shop, a studio, or a hotel and want a rail of Amorette in it for a weekend, that's an easy yes to talk about.

Timing matters. Prima is a group of one hundred women who see each piece a full day before it goes public and can buy it during that day, and I'm keeping it at a hundred.
Every piece is yours to buy a full day before it goes public, and since every piece is the only one, that day can decide who gets it.
I film the pieces I bring back and talk you through them while they're still on the rail, before anything is photographed or priced.
You pay once for the year and hold one of a hundred places. Your code arrives by email and unlocks early access on whichever device you use it on. Members also take fifteen per cent off styling sessions and consignment commission, and once the hundred places are taken, a new one only opens when someone lets hers go.
I'm a dog mom, and dogs have my whole heart. I want every one of them to have the care they need, whatever their family is going through.

Ask us to find you something like itI've photographed fashion and portraits for most of my career, and styling the shoots is the part I love.
I started out in New York with no budget and a lot of ideas, so I thrifted and borrowed and shopped my own closet, and somewhere along the way I got hooked on finding clothes with a point of view.
Amorette is where those finds go now, whether I came across them at a market here in Italy, picked them up in Paris or Greece, or styled them for a shoot and couldn't bring myself to keep them. It's a little love affair, and you'll know it when you see it.
I go for good fabric, mostly denim, cotton, silk, wool, cashmere and linen, and my palette runs neutral until summer, when I let myself go into colour and pattern. Everything here has been worn before, and I love that these clothes get to go on living somewhere new.
I want buying this way to feel easy, because every piece is the only one and you'll know pretty quickly whether it's a yes for you.

Most of Amorette starts at thrift shops and markets, and a few pieces come to me in other ways, but everything here already exists and deserves someone who'll wear it.
Most of what you see comes from rails I went through by hand, whether that's a Tuesday market or a little shop with no sign on the door.
Sometimes I meet an artisan who has never got round to building a shop of her own, like a woman who makes twelve of something a year and has no way for you to find her, so I photograph her work properly and bring it here.
Some pieces come from shoots I styled, or were gifted to photographers and stylists I know and then sat in a cupboard after being worn once for the camera, if that, and I'd much rather see them out in the world.
These are one-offs and mended things, and I love a visible repair because it tells you somebody cared enough to keep the piece going.
Every piece here already exists, so nothing had to be cut or dyed or shipped new to fill a rail. I'd always rather buy older and keep things longer.

You can compare the numbers to something you already wear.

Every order ships with tracking. Once your parcel leaves Italy it's in the carrier's hands, and customs can sometimes add a few days, but we'll always help you follow it to your door.
Every flat lay and detail shot is taken of the actual piece. Images showing a garment worn were digitally created for editorial purposes, to illustrate fit and drape. Measurements and flat lays are the record you should buy from.
Amorette is not an authentication service. A designer piece bought new from the brand or a department store is listed under its name, with where it was bought. Designer pieces found secondhand carry a brand name only after a third-party authenticator has checked them, and the listing names the service and includes the report. Anything that can't be verified is described by its fabric and cut, with no brand claim.
These clothes have been worn. Expect the softness of age; anything more (a mend, a mark, a replaced button) is written on the listing.
