Amorette translates to “little love.” And in sharing their passion for the mystique of contemporary cuisines and architecture of the world, Amorette’s founders Thomas and Donna Ponessa have created an atmosphere where the restaurant’s interior is an expression of its name, and foodies are the recipients of their generous gift of amazing food and ambience.
Complementing the food is a master list of over 700 global wines hand selected by Michelin-trained, Parisian Level 3 Sommelier Thierry Lesparre. Amorette features an intimate, 8-person private chefs table that feels similar to an art installation – but in this case, Chef Rikku and his team are creating edible art, and foodies lay siege to a long journey of culinary discovery and sensory enlightenment.
Amorette offers a vast, opulent, contemporary space similar to a gallery, comprised of beautifully designed wine walls, Art Deco wall hangings, luxury carpet and unique rooms. Artwork is bold while the furniture is minimalist to hero the dining experience.
