A Tale of ‘Immersion’

Amorette translates to “little love.” In sharing their passion for the mystique of contemporary cuisines and architecture of the world, Amorette’s founders Thomas and Donna Ponessa have created an atmosphere where the restaurant’s interior is an expression of its name, and foodies are the recipients of their generous gift of amazing food and ambience.

Complementing the food is a master list of over 700 global wines hand selected by Michelin-trained, Parisian Level 3 Sommelier Thierry Lesparre. Amorette features an intimate, 8-person private chefs table that feels similar to an art installation – but in this case, the Amorette kitchen team creates edible art, and foodies lay siege to a long journey of culinary discovery.

Amorette offers a vast, opulent, contemporary space similar to a gallery, comprised of beautifully designed wine walls, Art Deco wall hangings, luxury carpet and unique rooms. Artwork is bold while the furniture is minimalist to hero the dining experience.

Awarded the AAA Four Diamond and Wine Spectator Two Glass Best of Award of Excellence, Amorette is an immersion of the senses and a discovery of how incredible food, wines, ambience, service and a “little love” all contribute to an experience, and a restaurant, like no other.
